New products include\u00a0<strong>Work.com Wellbeing<\/strong>\u00a0to enhance employee wellness,\u00a0<strong>Work.com Talent\u00a0<\/strong>to accelerate learning and career growth, and\u00a0<strong>Employee Service\u00a0<\/strong>offerings that automate support to increase productivity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This builds on Work.com\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/press-releases\/2020\/10\/20\/salesforce-announces-new-work-com-employee-productivity-and-communications-apps\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">existing employee experience products<\/a>, including Employee Workspace, a digital desk where employees can access work resources and apps; Employee Concierge, an intelligent help desk that empowers employees to find answers to questions; and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.salesforce.com\/news\/stories\/salesforce-employee-experience-launch\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">IT Service Center<\/a>, which helps IT teams resolve problems fast and keep devices secure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>While\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/organization\/our-insights\/what-employees-are-saying-about-the-future-of-remote-work\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">most employees<\/a>\u00a0prefer the flexibility of hybrid work, remote employees can feel isolated or have less access to career opportunities and company resources than those in the office. Organizations must bridge this gap with technology that empowers all employees to succeed.
